If I enter data through SCB, will it change in my Telegram account?
No, it won't. When you register in Telegram, then in the account settings you yourself provide your username, first name, last name, description and visibility of the phone. When you enter data about yourself through SCB, this data is not recorded in Telegram, but in the SCB database, and exists separately from Telegram data. Thus, you can be incognito for all external users, but for those who are in your company groups you will be who you are in your company, which increases transparency and trust in business communication.
Where is my data stored?
The data is stored on a SCB server.
Who can search for me through SCB?
You can be found by other group members who previously left data about themselves through the same SCB or who are in the same company groups as you and SCB. For other users, SCB is not available and external requests through SCB will not give out your data.
What happens if I leave a group in which SCB is present or if I am excluded from it?
In this case, for SCB you will turn into an external user and will not be able to find anyone through SCB, just like other members will not be able to find anything about you through SCB.
Can any user add SCB to their own group and thus gain access to its functionality?
No, activating a SCB in non-whitelisted groups is prohibited. The SCB admin manually activates SCB functionality for each group where there is SCB. Automatic activation of SCB in third-party groups is not possible, which prevents it from being used by third parties.
If I enter data through SCB, will it change in my Telegram account?

I don't want anyone searching for me through SCB
You need to delete information about yourself if you previously left it through SCB. To do this, contact the admin SCB. After deletion, you will not be able to search for other people, but if you change your mind, you can easily restore your data yourself and continue to use the functionality of SCB.
Why do I get "No results found" when searching?
Such a response can be received in a situation where the information you are looking for is not contained in the database, but this does not mean that the person you are looking for is not among the members of a company group. Most likely, the person did not enter information about himself through SCB. Otherwise, you will receive such a response when you leave all your groups where SCB is present. It will continue to work for you, but you will not be able to find anything through SCB.
